A native North Carolinian, Sarah was born in Durham and attended a small private college in Greensboro, NC. After graduating from Bennett with an A.B. degree in education, she joined the Student Affairs staff in 1971. Sarah has one daughter, Sarah Iman and two grandsons, Malik and Jordan. Sarah's favorite past times are spending time with her grandsons, watching home and cooking shows, and listening to jazz and classical music.
