Stephen has been at Duke since 1999. Originally from North Carolina, he graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration and from the University of Georgia with an M.Ed. in higher education administration. He also serves as an academic advisor for the Advising Center.
Stephen is responsible for the overall management of the Office of Student Conduct.
