Online Appeal Form

This form is only used when filing an appeal of an administrative or Undergraduate Judicial Board hearing. Appeals must be submitted by the stated deadline. The Appellate Panel will consider the written appeal in addition to any case material. However, if a student is facing a suspension or expulsion, he or she has the right to request to meet with the appellate officers if there is information he/she is not able to convey in the written appeal. Note such a request in your statement (below).
